I bought a three-day pass through GoWabi and overall had a really good experience at this gym. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and patient even though my sign-up process was a bit complicated. I visited during off-peak hours, the crowd was very manageable. The entire facility was clean, including the bathrooms and lockers. There’s also a nice variety of machines, big spaces and the overall atmosphere is great for working out. I’ll come back.

This gym was the best and most advanced gym I have ever seen in my life so far. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. Everything was key card entry. The body scan machines were state of the art. The staff was friendly and courteous. Wish there was a larger dumbbell section, but that was the only thing I would change. The entrance directly from the BTS is so easy. Loved this place!

700 Baht is Crazy Price for a day pass. Equipment is bad and the gym is full. Atleast it is big and the view is nice but for training the worst gym i vistited so far.

I cannot express how disappointed I was with this gym, although I actually never had an opportunity to try its equipment. I went there a couple days ago to ask about a sign I saw that advertised a body scan and personal trainer. I had a lot of trouble with the front desk not even wanting to get me someone who could answer my questions, but they finally got someone. She didn't understand my question about the sign, but that's ok. My Thai is very limited. Nonetheless, I made an appointment for a "trial". She insisted on a phone number. I offered her Line contact info instead and explained that I really didn't want a phone call to "remind me" of the appointment as I didn't want to be interrupted in meetings. However, she called me anyway. When I arrived for my appointment, they wanted me to sign-up through their bar code. No problem BUUUUTTT the first question on the screen had a check box allowing them to send marketing materials to my phone. I didn't not want that, but the woman clicked through on MY phone, before I had a chance to uncheck the box. I picked up my phone and explained that I didn't like other people touching my phone and answering questions on my behalf. I put it down to complete the form and she did the exact same thing on the next screen. I grabbed my phone and left. I have disabilities that I had already explained to her. If they cannot follow the simple instruction, "Don't touch my phone", I certainly could not trust them to follow instructions regarding how they could or could not move my body.

I tried this gym with a 3-day trial coupon. My current gym has become overcrowded since they started selling memberships carelessly, so I’ve been testing different gyms with daily or trial passes. This location is very convenient since it’s connected to the BTS. On my first day, I met a staff member named “Bow,” who was helpful and gave me clear information about membership pricing. If I decide to join, I’d definitely recommend her. However, there are a few downsides: • No powerlifting allowed. • Uneven flooring, especially on the 2nd floor weight area, which can be uncomfortable. • My last visit felt quite unpleasant compared to the first day — maybe because it was Friday and the gym was more crowded. One more thing — the staff seemed overly sensitive about money matters. I simply asked if the 3-day pass meant “3 entries” or “3 calendar days,” but one of the female staff members (the one with the nice hairstyle) responded quite coldly. I think they don’t realize how that kind of attitude affects customer experience. Overall, 700 THB for a day pass is pricey by Bangkok standards, but I don’t mind paying if the service feels worth it. I just hope they can be a bit more open and professional when explaining trial details.
