Worldwide Relocations (Thailand) Co. Ltd were extremely professional at all stages. Their communication was excellent at all times. The staff I was involved with spoke perfect English. Once our things arrived in Bangkok they arranged all customs details so we didn't have to be involved in any of that. The crew who unloaded our belongings into our house were extremely efficient and it was done very quickly. I would highly recommend you using them for your own move. WWR also assisted us in finding a rental property. They provided listings of certain properties based on my requirements, and also arranged to get in to view others that I had found myself. They were extremely helpful in regards to negotiations on the rental contract for the property we decided on. It was a very easy process.

EDIT: Having used WWR 2 years ago (see my previous review below) I have recently used them to move our family inside Bangkok. Once again the service and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. Very reasonably priced, also. I would have no problem with recommending WWR to anyone thinking of using a removal firm in Thailand. Can't speak highly enough of the service received from Worldwide Relocations. All appointments were made on time and the move itself was conducted quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner.
