It's also known as Kodungkhao Rice Porridge. Fantastic beef noodles and vibes! Place was almost empty when I arrived at 5:30pm on a Saturday.

A cute little restaurant tucked away in a u-shape alley in the heart of phloenchit area. It’s air-conditioned, clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. It serves Thai dishes and some dishes can be a bit spicy for non-Thais. The area also has many other eateries of various cuisines and worth checking out.
