I admit that i was a traditionalist and I really enjoy hot pot anytime of the year. To me hot pot is more than just throwing every food into the pot for cooking. It symbolizes warmth, togetherness eating with either family, love ones or friends. Xiao fuwang is one the the hot pot shop that I wanted to try. And they do not disappoint, at all. There are various soups to choose from and most of them tastes great. The food items are fresh and of high quality. It can be a bit pricey depending on what and how much you eat. I will definitely come back again for my hot pot fix!

We tried Xiao Fuwang Hotpot at One Bangkok with a group of 15 people. The hotpot was delicious, with great soup and lots of variety, though the price is on the expensive side. Service was good overall, but as foreigners it was hard to communicate since most staff didn’t understand us I hope they can hire more multicultural staff in the future. They also add a service fee, and I didn’t realize Thailand has a tipping culture, so I accidentally left no tips. Despite these small issues, the staff still tried their best, and we really enjoyed our meal. I would visit again next time for sure!
