The session was calming, energising, and gave the whole team a much‑needed reset. Highly recommend for any group events.

The very first impression here is cleanliness, you can smell the cleanliness here since the first step in. Beautiful studio. Mat and blocks are provided. They even ask you to wash your feet before joining the class. Water dispenser, showers, lockers and changing rooms are available. I tried the Mindful Mobility class and it was so good. Even for the beginner like me, the class is easy to understand and follow at my pace. Highly recommended.

The class was absolutely amazing. A strong vinyasa core lead by a truly amazing teacher with the best adjustments I ever had. The view is a big plus as well as the clean facilities
