You can really taste how fresh the crab is, with a soft salty balance that doesn’t overpower the sweetness of the meat. But the real highlight? ผัดใบเหลียงไข่. If you’re here, just order it. Very Southern Thai, done so right—simple, fragrant, and low-key the star of the meal. Extra love to the staff for bringing me more rice when I already finished my plate but didn’t want to order another one because I was scared it’d be too much for the next dish. This is Southern Thai food. We love the fragrant brown rice. The yellow curry was spicy but very nice. The salted fish dips was unique too. The banana dessert was delicious.
