YRC is one of the best yoga studios in downtown Bangkok. It's very convenient, 2 minutes by walk from MRT Samyan (metro). Besides, the studios offers different classes including beginner, intermediate, and advance yoga. The teachers are helpful and friendly. They help to adjust and give tips for Asana poses. Apart from this, the price is reasonable, it's around 350-400 THB per class. I would highly recommend YRC Yoga, if you visit Bangkok and want to practice yoga with Indian Masters.

I’ve been following YRC Yoga for a while, and I’m so happy to have found this hidden gem in Bangkok! The warm welcome, fun atmosphere, and constant encouragement have really helped me work toward my goals. Thank you to P’Aadi (the owner) and all the yoga teachers — M. Ravi, M. Anub, M. Jai, and M. Shubham — for their guidance and personalized attention. They truly know how to adapt each posture to suit every student. I’m excited every time I attend class! Overall, I feel so much happier, healthier, and stronger — I can’t wait for the next phase of my yoga journey.
