The taste was good overall, the broth was flavorful and nicely prepared but I’ve had better ramen at other places in Bangkok. The portion size was small compared to other ramen restaurants at a similar price point. Ordering is done by scanning a QR code, which is convenient and easy to use. However, I was slightly confused about the added service charge, especially since ordering is self-service through the QR system.

Had such a satisfying bowl at Yume! I ordered the Yume Sengyo (Creamy Fish Bone Broth) and it honestly exceeded expectations. The broth was incredibly rich and creamy with a deep umami flavor from the fish bones, very comforting but not overly heavy. The noodles had a great texture, and everything in the bowl felt well-balanced. If you enjoy bold, savory ramen with a unique seafood depth, this one is definitely worth trying. Very tasty and memorable, will be back for sure!

Each dish has a distinct character and clearly reflects thoughtful creativity. It’s something you simply can’t find anywhere else. I really liked the open kitchen, where you can watch the chef working with focus and dedication while waiting for the food. When the dishes arrived, they did not disappoint at all, the presentation and flavors were flawless. For ramen at the moment, I would rank this restaurant as number one.

Food ingredient is good but too expensive for the taste and experience... 1) Cold ramen is tasty, correct temperature and great aroma. 2) hot hot ramen was almost cold, un acceptable temperature. There was small pebble in the clam. Not tasty.. 3) service staff always busy with setting stuff, we called them quite long time before they saw us.. green tea refill (THB) was refilled only once that we asked them then they they walked pass... there was no proactive service at all. Overall experience was soso because we also expect high for expensive meal (THB660 &740 for a bowl of ramen), and better service for changing 10% svc.
