Ban Bat Community Monk's Alms Bowls

This is a village where people make bowls for begging. The entire town is involved in manufacturing, with detailed division of labor similar to the mold makers in downtown Japan. They seem to have been putting effort into opening up their shops to the public recently, and there are very detailed explanations written everywhere, which is very informative. The townspeople are also understanding of tourists, and welcome them with smiles. The only thing they need to do is to display products at the exit that tourists can buy and take home. I would like them to display items that can be purchased without worrying about airplane weight restrictions. I'm sure everyone would like to cooperate.

You can still watch the last few artisans polishing these steel begging bowls along this tiny alley. Locals may offer you a bit of a tour, so be prepared to either buy a bowl (600thb and up) or offer a tip.
