About
Sprawling indoor children's playground at The Mall Bangkapi, far larger than it appears from the outside. Opened in early 2024 with brand-new equipment throughout, plenty of space for parents to follow along, and attentive staff keeping things running smoothly.

Good place for kids, many activities for different ages. But the price is expensive. For tickets for my kid 4 years old and for one parent I paid 660 bat + 60 bat for socks for one person. So, if it’s two kids or family… I gave 4 stars , cause my socks, which I bought in another playground, was rejected, cause it’s different brand.. And because the Air Conditioner working so hard, it’s cold here.

This newly opened children's playground in the first quarter of 2024 is well-equipped with brand-new facilities. It is surprisingly spacious, exceeding expectations based on its external appearance. There are numerous play areas and toys that can keep children fully engaged for the allotted two-hour play period. Additionally, it provides a great opportunity for accompanying parents to get some exercise as well.

4 March 2024. Harborland indoor play is HUGE. Really. Huge. Parents can follow kids around on all the equipment if they want to, no problem. And probably get lost too, it's huge...Many good and kind staff to help. It is clean. Buy your non slip socks from the vending machine before going to the ticket counter to save a few baht. Aqua World is not open. You can see it being built outside. The Saen Sap canal boat stops right at the mall.

Dear HarbourLand Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unfair and unacceptable experience my family faced at your HarbourLand branch in The Mall Bangkapi. Despite the fact that my family came fully prepared with clean and suitable socks for indoor play, your staff forced us to purchase “HarbourLand-branded socks” as a condition of entry. This policy is unreasonable, especially when the socks we had were perfectly appropriate for the play environment. Such inflexibility not only creates unnecessary financial burden but also leaves families like mine feeling unfairly treated and unwelcome. As a result of this policy, we decided not to enter at all, which caused great disappointment to our children and frustration for us as paying customers. A play center should be a place of joy for families, not a place where people are coerced into unnecessary purchases. I expect a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution to this matter. If HarbourLand insists on maintaining this practice, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue publicly through consumer forums and social media platforms to raise awareness about such unfair policies. I appreciate your prompt reply and resolution to this matter. Sincerely, Sompol

Disgusting experience, they take your money, force you to buy their socks (which are in no way special) so you can enter and then if you have a toddler their staff (who is unable to speak any English other than 'can not' and point) will not allow the toddler to use most of the slides which makes them sad or cry. It should be a parent's decision about the slides, my son went on bigger and steeper slides at Kidzoona for instance. They also complained about my toddler touching the first part of a climbing area for older kids which was physically impossible for my toddler to climb. It seems like they don't think at all, just upset children for no reason. Your money is better spent elsewhere if you have a toddler, it would be a lot more fun for taller kids because their categories are measured by height.
