If you are looking for a cooking class and learn about local ingredients, I highly recommend this place. I learned a lot of things while visiting the market and also cooking. I appreciate Thai food more now. Pimmy who is the local chef and owner of the school was very friendly and approachable.

Pink chili cooking class was the most in-depth cooking class I’ve taken in SE Asia! My wife and I are foodies, so we want to get into the nitty gritty of cooking techniques, what substitutes are acceptable and what is not, etc, and our instructor was able to give that to us and more! The dishes we made were better than some of the restaurants we ate at!
