Absolutely amazing gem in Bangkok. The staff were disinfecting EVERY single puzzle piece and every single book. They care about hygiene and as a parent where my children are always sick, I appreciate that so much. I mean, I don’t even do that in my own home! The staff were super friendly and I felt fine letting my 18 month old and 4 year old wander on their own as their play structure is safe and even the “door” openings on the play structures had foam covering the wooden openings so children don’t accidentally hit their head.

My daughter and I very happy that there's such a space for children. We've already bought a second coupon (10 times) here, very profitable)

My daughter has been coming here since she was just learning to walk. The place is still clean and well-kept, and they continue to add new toys. Each play station supports different children's learning development. They also sell toys and kids' stuff. The food and drinks served here come from Hungry Pack Restaurant downstairs, which tastes decent

I’d like to share a concern about hygiene and health safety. During our visit, the female receptionist, a larger-built woman, appeared to be unwell. She was coughing frequently and had a runny nose but was not wearing a mask. Since Playville is a café designed for children, I believe there should be stricter health and hygiene measures in place because young children catch illnesses easily. Because my child is still very young, I felt anxious the entire time and was worried she might cough near my baby. In addition, the receptionist came across as rude and not very welcoming, which affected the overall experience. I actually like Playville and usually enjoy bringing my child here, so it would be disappointing if I felt uncomfortable returning. I hope the management can address this issue and improve health precautions to better protect the children and families who visit.

Pros: • A lot of different toys and themed play zones. For example, we had never seen a chicken coop or a campfire play area anywhere else before — and here they had both. • Sharp corners have been covered, which is great for safety. Cons: • The space is very small, and on top of that there are large bags everywhere on the floor (mine included). There is a locker system, so I don’t really understand why the staff doesn’t enforce its use. • Before coming, we planned to have lunch there as well, but the tables are placed right in the main walkway and they are very small. Instead of the shop, this area could be turned into a proper seating / dining zone. • My main concern is cleanliness. I noticed the cleaner mopping the area where children crawl, and then using the same mop in the entrance area where people take off their outdoor shoes and put on socks. Yes, it’s possible that there were different mops — but it’s also possible that there weren’t.
