Sandee Thai Language School

I was interested in applying for Chinese language course, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a language school. The communication was extremely poor and, frankly, rude. Everything felt discriminatory. At no point do they mention on their website that they only accept certain nationalities, which is important information and should be stated clearly. I was very patient and respectful throughout the process, even though they took a long time to respond. I genuinely wanted to apply. However, once they asked about my nationality, the tone completely changed. Instead of answering my questions, they sent long copy-pasted messages clearly meant to overwhelm me and discourage me from continuing the conversation. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might be a language or translation issue, since I was communicating in Thai. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They directly stated that they do not deal with my nationality — which is especially concerning, since Thai law does not prohibit or discriminate against applicants based on nationality. I clearly asked what passport documents were required and explained that I was ready to pay and apply from abroad through the Thai embassy. I was ignored. I followed up by email and was ignored again. I’m not upset — but this level of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a prospective student who simply wants to learn is unacceptable. Please work on your communication and transparency. I do not recommend this school.
