SMF - SCUBA MHEE FREEDIVING

I took the PADI Basic Freediver course here, and the instructor taught me breathing techniques very well, clear, easy to understand, and never pressuring me. Whatever level you're at, they give helpful advice for further improvement. Thanks to that approach, I was able to improve my Static Apnea from 2.01 to 3.40 in my last attempt without pushing myself too hard or feeling stressed. The other topics in the course were also taught in a relaxed and fun way. The instructor even added extra lessons, like walking underwater while holding a weight, which became a fun little challenge during training. And during every session underwater, the instructor always tried to take nice underwater photos of me creating my great memories. I would definitely recommend this diving school to anyone who's just starting out or unsure about freediving. You can absolutely take a course here. This is from my own real experience, and it was truly a great one. In fact, I'm already thinking about where to take my Advanced Freediver course next. and I’ll probably do it right here. As for other services, if you want to practice apnea techniques, since it's not safe to train on solo. They allow you to come in for pool sessions for just the pool fee. I recently completed the free diving course, and it was a great experience. The course was well run with very knowledgable and friendly staff who are fluent in English. Overall, I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to progress in scuba or free diving. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Enjoyed learning freediving with Scuba Mhee Freediving. Was in Bangkok for a vacation and the flexibility of their schedules allowed me to add in a free diving certification to my trip! The team were really nice and provided transport (with slight top up) to the beach for the open water dive. Altho wet suits werent prepared for us at the sea (maybe could be requested but we forgot about it), the instructors were rly kind and lent us their own wet suit cause we were freezing. Overall was a worthy experience, would recommend learning freediving here! Thanks team! * Oh and they took so many good photos and videos of us during the class and in the open water. 100!!
